Veda Circle policies and shop procedures

SAFE SPACE

Respect and truth govern our safe space.  The following is never permitted: spamming, harassment, rude or demeaning comments, communicating threats, solicitations, chain letters, or pyramid schemes. This list is not exhaustive, but is included to provide a frame of reference for types of activities that are prohibited. If you are communicating in this way through our website comments, contact forms, direct emails,  newsletter, or social media, we retain the right to remove or block your contact from our list.

AFFILIATES

I have used and enjoy all the items in my shop.  I recommend only the highest quality products from ethical, organic companies I personally use. Some of the companies offer affiliate programs and incentives for sharing their products. In my shop, some products do contain affiliate links, some do not. When a direct purchase is made from an affiliate link, I receive a small commission. The commission is paid by the third parties, not by you. Money earned from affiliate links help support my work here at Veda Circle. I appreciate your support!

PAYMENT

All payment transactions are processed via a third party PCI Compliant provider. We accept all major credits and Paypal.  Your payment must be received before your order will be shipped.  All shipped products will also be subject to shipping and handling fees. Any products ordered through affiliate links follow the procedures of the company ordered from.

SHIPPING

When purchasing a digital product you will be instructed to create a user name & password.  After payment you will have access to courses and memberships.  Individual sessions and trainings will be scheduled after purchase.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales on Veda Circle products, both digital and shippable, are final. If you have a problem with a product, please contact hi@VedaCircle.com to resolve the issue. All sales through affiliate links will follow the return and refund policy of the company ordered through.
