Veda Circle creates well-being through the science of Ayurveda and the practices of yoga. Let's create a life you feel good in.

Hi, I'm Rachel, and I really enjoy being alive.

Over the years I’ve gravitated towards the practices that bring me more joy.  I found yoga in my early twenties in a New York City studio when I realized movement and being comfortable with my own body would make me happier.  It did!  Being able to move freely helped me shake off some repressive histories and dive into the open space of spiritual exploration.  It was the take off of a life time, and it isn’t anywhere near over.

I fell in love with studying yoga and traveled all over the city gathering information and certifications.  Those dots connected on an epic airplane journey to Thailand where I lived and studied with masters trying to soak up all their goodness.  Many years later my husband and I began to consider starting a family.

I was deeply drawn to studying Ayurveda.  I wanted a way to take good care of my people, as well as myself.  I spent a few years studying with a western medical doctor turned Ayurvedic doctor to gain as much insight as possible into the lives of the real people here where I live.  The healing these simple, elegant, and time tested truths have brought to my life is a huge motivator to share what I’ve learned with you.   I want more people to enjoy being alive.  I want you to find joy in your food, pleasantness in your own body, deep restful dreams, and a passionate connection to something bigger than yourself.

Rachel is extremely knowledgeable and has incredible patience but the most important thing for me is that she knows just how much to push you so you can see the results and start changing your body and mind.
